Eating a healthy, balanced diet goes hand in hand with regular exercise for great overall results. It ensures that all of the functions of the body are working properly and efficiently. This means that it can improve your overall health, reducing the risk of heart disease, promoting fat loss, improving the condition of your hair, skin and nails and generally improving the way you feel about yourself.

For the Love of Life aims to help you make healthy eating part of your lifestyle. This doesn't mean that you can never eat that delicious chocolate or your favourite biscuit… it simply means bringing your eating habits into balance and making sure that you're getting all of the vitamins and nutrients you need in your food so that you feel great!

The consultation

A nutritional consultation will be geared towards your individual needs. We will identify weak areas and support you in making changes. An eating plan can be designed for you with tips and ideas on how to incorporate it into your life and make it enjoyable… yes enjoyable!

If you choose to do personal training, you will be encouraged to keep a regular food diary which will be used to make changes in your eating habits as you are going along. This works well as it encourages you to bring your exercise and nutrition into balance… as balance is the key.
