These weekends provide an opportunity to explore the whole you on every level; physically, spiritually and emotionally. If you would like to access more of your creativity, self-expression, spontaneity, personal power as well as find more joy, peace and contentment, you will love this weekend!

They take place in a beautiful setting, which offers both stunning countryside and glorious seaside. A wonderful, peaceful place, surrounded by nature and exquisite scenery.

Coming together with a group of like-minded people, the weekend consists of a range of workshops, both indoor and outdoor, downtime and relaxation, as well as visiting the nearby beautiful Georgian town of Rye.

A safe, supportive and non-judgemental space is created so that you can explore yourself using a range of tools such as breathwork, meditation, visualisation, singing, visioning and goal-setting, complementary therapies such as massage and physical exercise.

Doing everything from scenic morning walks to healing around emotional blocks to singing on the cliff tops overlooking the sea, you will leave feeling rejuvenated, uplifted and more in touch with the real you. You will have a new sense of freedom with a clear vision of what you would like to create in your life… and you will have had some serious fun!

Singing workshop - this is for everyone of all levels! Will include breathing/vocal exercises, projection, harmonies, jamming and lots of singing! It is very much about exploring and enjoying your voice as a group in a safe environment. There is no exposing and nobody has to do anything they do not wish to do. It's about having fun!

An introduction to Breathwork, a simple breathing technique used to heal around negative emotional blocks and suppressions. Will include talk, breathwork session and sharing/grounding.

Please note that as Julie-Anne works in an energetic way and very much gears the weekend to the needs of the individual group, times and activities may vary slightly. Also, the activities and workshops are inclusive of everybody and all levels of fitness/singing ability etc. You do not have to do all of the workshops if you do not wish, though it is recommended that to get the most out of the weekend you do as many as possible. A lot of the workshops will include meditation/ visualisation/relaxation technique. Also, there will plenty of time for personal meditation, relaxation etc.

Cost

£360 which includes 3 nights accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, tea coffee) and all workshops/activities as scheduled.

Please note it does not include any meals eaten outside of the guest house or any alcohol.

What To Bring

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, exercise gear: jogging bottoms/t-shirt/shorts/trainers etc, layers that you can take on and off according to weather ie fleece, walking shoes/boots, rain mac, umbrella, writing paper and pen, lyrics to a favourite song or poem.

You may also want to bring a sacred object such as a crystal or a special photograph.

Accommodation

Stonelink Cottage, near Rye, East Sussex, is a beautiful semi-detached cottage, half of which is 100 years old. The cottage is situated overlooking the Brede Valley, an area renowned for it's outstanding beauty. Amazing views surround the cottage on all sides for as far as the eye can see.

The area offers some delightful walks and the sea is a short drive away, as is the beautiful Georgian town of Rye with it's quaint shops and cobblestone streets.

Warm hospitality, delicious home-cooking, cosy, comfortable rooms and stunning views from the peaceful, relaxing gardens, make Stonelink Cottage the perfect setting for these very special weekends.

Directions

From London (M25) take the A21 south and continue through Hurst Green, past Robertsbridge and John's Cross (offset roundabout) about 1 mile further on turn left onto B2089 to Rye. Continue on and at Cripps Corner proceed straight across the cross roads to Broad Oak Brede.

At the crossroads in Brede (Rainbow Trout Pub on right) continue across for 1.5 miles to Maidlands Farm on left (double bend). Immediately on right in Stubb Lane. Continue straight ahead and Stonelink Cottages are on the right. You have arrived! There is a layby opposite to park. Please come in and you will be helped with your luggage.
